Virginia Tech will be on campus in the Natural Science Center, Thursday, January 11th for On-Site Admissions Review. This is a great opportunity to get an early admissions decision on the spot! You will need to schedule an appointment in the Advising Center in Chapman Hall, room 105. The deadline for scheduling an appointment will be Tuesday, January 9th. Appointments will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis, so schedule early! Keep in mind that the Advising Center will be closed beginning December 20th at noon and will reopen on January 2nd so appointments will not be scheduled at that time.
To sign up for an appointment with a VT Admissions Representative you must complete the following:
- Online application to Virginia Tech http://www.admiss.vt.edu/apply/apply-online/ (An application fee is required)
- Submit required documents to the Advising Center

- Official copies of transcripts from all colleges attended (Unofficial transcripts will suffice for the application review process; however you must submit official transcripts if an offer of admission is extended and accepted) When completing a transcript request form please indicate in the comments field to be delivered directly to Heather Hunter in Advising for the Virginia Tech On-Site Admissions Day.
Please be aware that in order to make an appointment ALL required documents will need to be turned in to the Advising Center.
