Looking for a lunchtime workout? Starting this semester, the Fitness Center will offer free lunchtime classes open to students, faculty and staff.
Les Mills Body Pump will be offered every Wednesday starting August 24 from noon to 12:45 p.m., taught by Carole Tarrant.
Body Pump is the most popular group exercise class in the world: “Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!”
Look for other live lunchtime classes (including yoga with Leilani) and try the virtual on-demand Les Mills classes that can fit your schedule, including Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Balance.
