The Al Pollard Culinary Arts Program at Virginia Western is pleased to announce that non-credit cooking classes have been added to the fall schedule. Mark your calendar! All sessions meet on a Saturday from 12 noon until 4 p.m. in the kitchen located within the Claude Moore Complex, 109 N. Henry Street, Roanoke (behind the Roanoke Higher Ed Center). The cost is $50 per session payable upon registering. You will want to register soon to save your seat in these upcoming sessions.
