Software/Technology Requests
All requests for software or equipment should be submitted to the Help Desk. An IET employee will evaluate the request and contact you to let you know what the next steps are.

Any issue with your desktop, laptop, thin client, or peripheral device (printers, scanners, etc.) should be reported to the Help Desk by submitting a request for support through TeamDynamix.
