What is it?
A new Cyber Security Awareness program will be rolled out to VWCC faculty and staff in a few days to counter the increasing threats to our institutions, faculty, staff, and students. We are partnering with Global Learning Systems, a leader in cybersecurity development, to bring cutting-edge security training to every VWCC employee.
What does it mean to you?
This program will feature continuous learning designed to help you identify and avoid threats like phishing, ransomware, and other attacks that lead to identity theft, compromised accounts, and loss of privileged information. We hope that by being aware of these threats we can be vigilant in our daily interactions and minimize the chances of a VWCC security breach.
