Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts curriculum at Virginia Western may earn Prior Learning credit for:
- HRI 158 – Safety and Sanitation: Students will receive Prior Learning credit for HRI 158 if they hold a current ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.
The certification must be active at the time of credit transfer.
