ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts curriculum at Virginia Western may earn Prior Learning credit for HRI 158 – Safety and Sanitation if they hold a current ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification. The certification must be active at the time of credit transfer.
