To request an in-house, outbound call campaign for your department, please complete this form below. Requests need to be submitted a minimum of 1 week ahead of time, dependent on the number of students:

| 101-200 students | 1 week in advance | 2 weeks |
| 201-300 students | 2 weeks in advance | 2.5 weeks |
| 301-400 students | 2 weeks in advance | 2.5 weeks |
| Over 400 students | You will be contacted to discuss an execution timeline |
Important: An Excel spreadsheet or Google doc containing the full name, student ID number, and main phone number for all student contacts must be emailed to Rick Robers (rrobers@virginiawestern.edu) at least 2 business days prior to the requested start date.
