What is the Community College Access Program?
CCAP is a public/private partnership that pays the cost of tuition for two years at Virginia Western Community College if a qualified student does not have sufficient financial aid to pay tuition costs. CCAP supports as many qualified students as possible based on student need and funds available for each locality. For more information, visit our Frequently Asked Questions.
The 2025 CCAP application is now closed. Thank you to all who applied. Please note that notification of award by email will occur later in the spring. In the meantime, the Fall 2025 Educational Foundation General Scholarship application will be open March 1 – May 1, 2025. Incoming and returning students are welcome to apply. For more information, visit the Scholarships website.
