Virginia Western Community College and Radford University signed an articulation agreement on Monday, May 1, that will result in a cost-effective transition for students focusing on the field of biotechnology. Deborah L. Petrine of Roanoke, Virginia, has received the 17th Annual Chancellor’s Award for Leadership in Philanthropy. She was nominated for the award by Virginia Western Community College.
