Application Period:  2/1/2025 – 3/14/2025

The Ad-Hoc Committee for Professional Development will begin accepting applications for professional development opportunities that will occur during the time period of 7/1/2025 – 12/31/2025 on February 1, 2025.

The Professional Development program is open to non-probationary full-time faculty rank and non-probationary full-time classified employees in accordance with DHRM and VCCS policy.

The Professional Development Request form can be located on VWConnect under Human Resources and Policies and Procedures:

Please email completed forms to Lindsey Weston at lweston@virginiawestern.edu by 11:59 p.m. on 3/14/2025. Late applications will not be accepted or reviewed by the committee.

Applications will be reviewed by the Ad-Hoc Committee the week after the application deadline with award letters sent by the end of March.
