LUNCHTIME GROUP WORKOUTS:
Tuesdays/Thursdays (Noon): Yoga with Leilani Dibble. Leilani also teaches at Uttara, but is teaching in-person at Virginia Western twice a week. All yoga levels are welcome!
Wednesdays (Noon-12:45pm): BODYPUMP with Carole Tarrant. Uses light to moderate weights with repetition to give you a total body workout! Instructor coaches you through the moves and techniques with encouragement, motivation, and great music!
Tuesdays/Wednesdays (10am-1pm): Drop in Nutrition with Holly Drougas. Have questions about meal planning, healthy eating on a budget, changing your eating to meet your wellness goal? Stop in and talk to Holly, a Registered Dietitian.
(On Demand) LES MILLS Exercise. Available when the studio is not used for other activities. Instructor-led exercise on your schedule. Choose from BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT (cardioboxing), SH’BAM (dance) or HIIT programs. The front desk staff can assist you with getting your class loaded.
