In the beginning of August, the college will switch from our current event calendar system over to an Ad Astra system. The calendar homepage will be at https://www.virginiawestern.edu/calendar once it is live. There will be three calendars available:
- Campus Events – student events and events that are open to the public
- Faculty/Staff Calendar (MyVWCC login required) – faculty & staff events, internal meetings, class-related meetings (anything that does not need to be on a public-facing calendar)
- State Vehicle Reservations (MyVWCC login required) – used to reserve the use of state vehicles
Instructions for submitting items to the calendar will be available when the calendar is live. The room approval structure will be the same as our current event calendar system.
