I am thrilled to announce that we have successfully completed the SACSCOC reaffirmation process! Below is a portion of the letter that SACSCOC sent Dr. Sandel:

Dear Dr. Sandel:
The following action regarding your institution was taken by the Board of Trustees of the
Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) during its
meeting held on June 13, 2024:
The SACSCOC Board of Trustees reaffirmed accreditation. No additional report was
requested. Your institution’s next reaffirmation will take place in 2034 unless otherwise
notified.

We are one of very few institutions that have received the “No additional report was requested” wording.  This is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence demonstrated by our entire community. The reaffirmation process is rigorous and comprehensive, evaluating all aspects of our institution to ensure we meet the highest standards of quality and integrity in higher education.

Our success in this endeavor reflects our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional educational experiences and our steadfast adherence to the values and principles that guide us. This accomplishment would not have been possible without the collective efforts of our faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders who consistently strive for excellence.

The reaffirmation process is a reflection of the excellence we strive for and would not have been possible without the contributions of each and every one of you. Your commitment to our standards of accreditation has played a vital role in this achievement.
