It is time to submit nominations for the commencement student speaker. Commencement is a time to celebrate our graduates and their accomplishments. The student speaker represents all graduates at commencement and delivers an inspiring and inclusive message for all in attendance. Please consider nominating a student speaker you think would be an inspiring addition to the ceremony. Send your nomination along with a short narrative explaining why you think the student is a good candidate to csartini@virginiawestern.edu by Friday, February 9. Check with the student before nominating them to make sure they are comfortable with the role.
