An information session was held during Spring In-Service to review the new campus events policy- V-5: Use of College Facilities. This meeting also reviewed the associated guidance document and an event planning checklist.
The guidance document provides detailed instructions and knowledge about campus facilities and processes. The checklist is a shortened version (one sheet) that can be used for event planning purposes.
