The Media Geeks are now available for after-hours support until January 31st, 2024. The new support hours are Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-7:00pm and Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm

For Media Geek assistance after 5 pm, please call the Help Desk at 77354 from any classroom phone and follow the prompts. 

While the Media Geeks strive to support faculty in all hours of need, there may be some times where we are short staffed and not available after 4:30pm.  You may also leave a message with the Help Desk / Voicemail, email us at mediageeks@virginiawestern.edu, or use the “Submit Help Request” icon located on all classroom computer desktops.  Media Geeks arrive at 7:30am Monday through Friday and will address your issue as soon as possible
