Thank you to everyone who went out of their way to ensure that our recent reaffirmation visit was successful. It was truly a team effort! Most people anticipate that faculty and staff will be interviewed, but there’s also a lot that goes on behind the scenes to prepare for the visit and to ensure that the committee is cared for while they’re here.  We had staff who:

• Shopped for snacks and refreshments
• Made reservations and ordered meals
• Drove the committee to and from the hotel
• Provided media and 24 hour technological support
• Ensured the campus was in top shape
• Meeting room set up/breakdown
• Prepped the interview rooms and kept them stocked with refreshments
• Detailed the vehicles and ensure they were ready to transport
• Reserved parking spots around campus
• Walked committee members to various locations around campus
• Printed posters and packets

You know who you are and we appreciate you! We had a smooth, successful visit and you made it happen.
