It’s that time of year again when we start to see the finish line and commencement is fast approaching! The student speaker serves as the representative for graduating students and gives both an inspiring and inclusive message for the future. As we start to open up our process for student speaker nominations, and you believe you have someone in mind who would fit this role, please email cbapst@virigniawestern.edu with the students name and email as well as a paragraph on why you are nominating them so that we can begin the process for selecting them! Before sending a nomination, try to let students know that you plan to nominate them for this honor since some many not feel comfortable.
