Student IDs Card schedule for Spring 2022 on an in-person, walk-in basis:
Location: Virginia Western FITNESS CENTER (1st floor, Student Life Center). Please note: This is a new location from previous semesters.
Schedule for week of 1/10/2022 to 1/14/2022 (Winter Break Hours):
Monday to Thursday
9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Schedule starting Tuesday, January 18 for Spring Semester (1/18 – 5/5/2022)
Monday to Thursday
9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Students getting an ID for the first time, please bring the following to the Fitness Center check in desk:
- Government issued proof of identification (Driver’s License, DMV ID, passport, military ID, high school ID)
- EMPL ID number
- Proof of enrollment (schedule for the current term – print or can show on your phone or other device; bookstore receipt for textbooks).
- Students may briefly remove face mask to have photo taken but then need to immediately put the mask back on.
Returning students who only need an enrollment sticker:
- Bring your Virginia Western ID card
- Proof of enrollment
Students who need a replacement for a Lost ID must first pay the cashier in Fishburn Hall the Lost ID fee ($5.00 – cash only)
Students in 100% virtual classes can request a virtual appointment through Navigate (Choose “Student Life”).
