Achieving the Dream’s (ATD) Institutional Capacity Assessment Tool (ICAT) is open through December 20. This tool is designed to examine seven broad capacity areas that contribute to a college culture focused on student success. Your response will help identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth. You can read more about the tool’s purpose and the seven capacity areas here.

We need a large number of faculty, staff and administrators to complete this assessment so we have representative findings to consider and discuss. We will hold a college-wide Capacity Café during spring in-service to review the findings.
