Our shared governance teams have launched. Team deliverables are directly related to Get REAL, VA Western’s strategic plan. Dedicated faciliatators have invested time and energy into meeting preparation and our groups are off to a great start! Just a couple of things to keep in mind:

1. If you haven’t already done so, your Strategic Priority Team representative(s) should be identified and submitted to the IE office ASAP.

2. Please remember to submit your team minutes to the IE office within a week of meeting by emailing governance@virginiawestern.edu.

3. Team strategies, initiatives and actions are due to the IE office by November 5. The Strategic Priority Teams will begin meeting in October.
