Student ID Cards are now available for in-person, walk-in services. No appointments needed. Enrollment stickers for returning students are also available for pick up.

Location: Virginia Western Fitness Center Desk (1st floor, Student Life Center). Please note: This is a new location from previous semesters.

Schedule from 8/9/2021 to 8/20/2021 (Summer hours):
Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Schedule from 8/24/2021 to 12/17/2021 (Fall semester):
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Students getting an ID for the first time, please bring the following to the desk: Government issued proof of identification, EMPL ID number, Proof of Enrollment

Returning students who only need an enrollment sticker: Bring your Virginia Western ID card and Proof of enrollment

Students in 100% virtual classes can request a virtual appointment by emailing Natasha Lee at Nlee@virginiawestern.edu.
