The Spring 2021 Employee Satisfaction Survey results are now available on VW Connect as a summary report and a trends breakdown. The survey had a response rate of 21% and we appreciate everyone who gave feedback. Many areas received very high mean scores, which reflect the faculty and staff’s dedication to adapting their work during these difficult COVID times. Employee satisfaction with the overall quality of education provided by Virginia Western received a high mean score of 4.36 out of 5, which is its highest in the past five years.
