The college’s Fall Marketing Campaign kicked off on June 1 with a new commercial shot entirely on Virginia Western’s campus along with billboard advertising, social media ads, search engine ads and digital marketing ads. The commercial focuses on the college’s cutting-edge facilities (with several scenes in the STEM Building), outstanding faculty and academics, affordability and flexibility. The tagline for this campaign carries over from the previous one: The Value of a Good Education. Be on the lookout for the commercial on programs such as the Summer Olympics, the NBA Playoffs, WDBJ7 News, Jeopardy, cable shows and more; as well as on streaming platforms and channels such as Roku, Apple TV, XBox, Fire TV, Sling, etc.
Thank you to everyone across campus who assisted in this large production to help get word out about the college. It was no easy task at such a busy time of the academic year. Deans, faculty members, staff, students, Campus Police and FMS all played important roles from planning to execution to being on-screen talent.
