The Institutional Effectiveness Office has added several items to SharePoint. The following have been added under Institutional Effectiveness > Survey Results:

• IET Telework Survey Results
• Alumni Survey Results and Trends: This survey garnered over 350 responses from 2018-19 and 2019-20 alumni, who rated their overall experience at Virginia Western very highly with a mean score of 4.59 out of 5. In addition, 96% of respondents indicated that they would be fairly likely or very likely to recommend Virginia Western.
• Employers and Partners Survey Results: This survey collected community input from employers and partners to gauge external conditions during COVID. This includes data about positions that employers will be hiring for in the future, and useful abilities, attributes, and credentials of prospective hires.
• The Hope Center’s #RealCollege Survey Results: This external survey administered to college students nationwide collected information about basic needs insecurity due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Results include a national report, a Virginia Western report, and a brief VCCS results overview.

In addition, several reports have been added under Institutional Effectiveness > Institutional Research Reports > Custom Reports 2020-21:

• Retention Reports: These reports show retention of our program-placed students, as well as Virginia Western’s retention by demographic category compared to overall rates for the entire VCCS. Virginia Western has maintained an overall retention rate of about 70% for the past five years.
• College Readiness Summary and Residency Reports: These reports analyze the college enrollment of our service area’s high school students.
• Several other data reports are now available
