Policy
All faculty, including face-to-face, dual enrollment, hybrid, and online faculty, teaching a credit-bearing course are responsible for providing students with the following materials and information through the college’s Learning Management System (LMS), or, in instances when appropriate for dual enrollment faculty, through the high school-supported LMS:

- Current course syllabus and access to the course outline
- Student course grades

Faculty will publish the course within the LMS and make available to students by 8:00a.m. on the day the class is scheduled to begin.
With the diversity of courses taught at our college, the specific application of this policy may look different depending on the circumstances and nature of a specific course. It is up to each Academic Dean to work with faculty to operationally define the specific application of the policy on a case-by-case basis where necessary.
