Faculty & Staff

Office & Classroom Keys

Each full-time faculty office has a unique key. Adjunct faculty offices use the same key as the school's mailroom.

Faculty are issued keys to the classroom, storage areas (when needed, mailroom, and appropriate office. Office staff will identify the keys needed to access your rooms.

It is your responsibility to keep up with these keys and to return keys when you will no longer teach. You may be charged for replacement keys in the event your keys are misplaced.

Business, Technology & Trades

All classrooms (except the following: restricted classrooms on the first floor of Webber; W221, W222, and W225 on the second floor of Webber; and M306 in Business Science) are keyed with a general classroom key. If you teach in one of the restricted classrooms mentioned above, you will be given the key necessary to access the room.

Health Professions

You will be issued a classroom key, which will give you access to all general classrooms, printer/copier rooms (HP217A/HP314A), and the mailroom (HP214B).

It is your responsibility to keep up with these keys. You may be charged for replacement keys in the event your keys are misplaced.

Liberal Arts & Social Sciences

You will be issued a classroom key, which will give you access to classrooms, general usage faculty offices, copy machines, fax machines and printers. This key opens all spaces except the MAC labs, photo lab and art gallery.

It is your responsibility to keep up with these keys. You may be charged for replacement keys in the event your keys are misplaced. Please keep your office door locked when you are not using it.

Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics

All of our classrooms are keyed with a general classroom key. Each faculty office has a unique key. You will be issued a classroom key, along with office keys.

It is your responsibility to keep up with these keys. You may be charged for replacement keys in the event your keys are misplaced. Please keep your office door locked when you are not using it. Be sure to lock classrooms and/or lab rooms, and turn off all lights upon completion of your class.

Office keys should open the door to the printer and copier in A 210.
