Students can log into the Adobe Connect Meeting as Guest. When they click on the URL in the Blackboard course, they will be guided to a window as below. Students need to enter their Full Name in the text box and click on the Enter Room button.
After entering the meeting room, the student’s name appears in the Attendee List.
Note: When students log in as guests, their names will appear on the lower right hand corner of the meeting screen. Instructors have to decide to allow the student to enter the meeting room.
After students enter the meeting room, they should be able to see other meeting participants' names in the Attendee List.
