If you are a student who has never taken a distance learning course, it is highly recommended that you attend an orientation session on the VWCC campus or complete the online general distance learning orientation session. Each instructor determines how the completed online orientation will be recorded and evaluated but the requirement should be met either by attending the campus orientation or completing the online orientation.
