Tai Chi II promotes better balance, strength, flexibility and focus. Tai Chi Sword, a graceful and beautiful form of Tai Chi, teaches techniques from four major styles: Yang, Chen, Wu and Sun. Students use wooden swords to learn the 42 combined Tai Chi Sword which is an international competition. Tai Chi I would be helpful, but not required.
