CCAP College's entire service region — Botetourt, Craig, Franklin, and Roanoke Counties and the Cities of Salem and Roanoke. CCAP supports as many students as possible based on student eligibility, financial need and funds available. CCAP is partially funded by local municipalities and partially funded by businesses, civic groups and individuals. The Educational Foundation is in the midst of a $7 million College Access Campaign to fund CCAP for Virginia Western's entire service region for five years.
