Registration is not complete until tuition is paid. If tuition is not received by the appropriate deadline shown below, your classes will be deleted and you will need to repeat the registration process.
Students who have completed and submitted their FASFA on-line and are awaiting initial Financial Aid approval are not protected from the enrollment cancellation process. These students will need to pay by the deadline established or enroll in a tuition payment plan.
For Virginia Western Educational Foundation Scholarship recipients, funds are credited to your account during the initial registration period and before the final day to pay to avoid being dropped from classes during enrollment cancellation.
For Community College Access Program Participants: CCAP participants will be protected from enrollment cancellation by a "do-not-drop" indicator placed on their student account until funds are credited.

Summer 2013 Registration will begin on April 12, 2013. Payment deadline for early registration will be delayed until May 2, 2013. After May 2, 2013 payment will be due at the time of registration.
Early Fall 2013 Registration for Returning Students will begin on April 19, 2013; Early Fall 2013 Registration for All Students begins on June 24, 2013. Payment is delayed until August 1, 2013. After August 1, 2013 payment will be due at time of registration.
