Electrical Wiring Career Studies Certificate

This Career Studies Certificate in Electrical Wiring is designed to provide students with the basic skills necessary to obtain an entry-level electrician position. This certificate meets the 240 clock hours of formal training required to take the Journeyman Electrician Exam. In addition to successful completion of the Journeyman Exam, four years of practical experience are required to become a Licensed Journeyman.

Employment opportunities include plant electrician, electrician, estimator, and entrance positions in the electrical construction and maintenance field as an apprentice.
