Virginia Western Community College is gearing up for the 4th Annual Technology Summit & Career Exploration scheduled for Friday, October 15, 2010.
Since the very first Technology Summit back in October 2007, VWCC has provided opportunities for juniors and seniors from local high schools to learn more about careers in the field of applied and advanced technology.
In 2010, VWCC remains committed to providing an exciting event that supports helping students connect education and learning to opportunity. This year's Summit will include:
The goal of the Technology Summit & Career Exploration is to continue developing a career pipeline by offering exciting and unique opportunities for students who want to pursue a technical career in the Roanoke Valley. VWCC faculty and staff are excited about this year's event and hope that you will mark your calendars to particpate in what will be an energized, information-packed affair.
