The Academy application is due by March 1 for the upcoming fall semester. Please be sure to fill the application out completely. Directions are on the top of the Application; a copy of your high school transcript and results of your placement test need to accompany the application. Please be sure all sections of this application are complete including signatures from parents, student, teacher and guidance counselor.
The Academy Dual Enrollment Form is used for high school students to apply to Virginia Western's Dual Enrollment program. Be sure to fill out all parts of the application including the In-State Tuition section. In this section, numbers 1-3 should be filled out by the student and the remainder of the questions should be filled out by the Parent, or Legal Guardian. Specific directions are below.
Academy students are required to complete the Information Release Form in order to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The information booklet for the guidelines for FERPA and the Release Form are below.
